SHE: Grows
SHE: Grows is an 8-module programme for those who have impacted by family violence and can be done individually or within a group environment.
The Eight Modules are as follows

- Myths and Realities
- Family Violence Act 2018
- Family of Origin
- The impact on identity
- Violence and Parenting
- Relationships
The course is interactive and encourages discussion to those who wish to engage. The groups are kept small to ensure that each participant is supported well throughout.
SHE: Grows is a Ministry of Justice approved adult Safety programme.
SHE: Grows is available to all individuals seeking family violence education.
